Position information which enables routing and object location is of great importance for Wireless Sensor Networks (WSN). Finding location without the help of GPS in each node is important in cases where costly GPS is either not accessible, or not practical. We are proposing PBDV-Hop, a distributed probability based DV-hop positioning algorithm that works at lower location error and energy consumption without specialized hardware except only a few anchors aware of their positions. A probabilistic approach is proposed to improve location accuracy on the base of triangulation results. The node should be schemed on the location with the largest probability. An advanced method of information transfer achieves low energy consumption. Simulations show that the PBDV-Hop is an effective algorithm with high positioning accuracy, low energy consumption and low cost. In order to testify the feasibility of routing, IPv6 is also brought into basic technologies for WSN nowadays and a new routing scheme based on IPv6 is proposed in this paper. At last we change the scene to Home Network.
