The energy carried by sensor nodes is confinement, which is a major bottleneck in restricting the application of traditional Wireless Sensor Networks(WSNs).When the sensor nodes gradually depleted energy and the number of dead nodes is enormous in the network, the entire network will be paralyzed and can not achieve the goal of monitoring tasks. It is extremely difficult and unrealistic to make energy supplied or replace the battery for the sensor nodes due to the large number of nodes, small size and the particularity of the application environment of WSNs.Moreover, with the death of nodes in harsh or even dangerous environments,a large number of sensor nodes will be discarded bring great harm to the environment. With the gradual matures of energy collection and conversion technology,Energy Harvesting Wireless Sensor Networks(EH-WSNs)gradually get great importance and research by a lot of experts and scholars. For EH-WSNs,the energy of sensor node is no longer a limiting factor in function of network. However, there are new challenges brought at the same time.On one hand, the energy collection power of sensor nodes is fluctuating due to environments factors. The key challenge is to conduct energy consumption management so that the energy consumed by the nodes in any time period is less than the energy collected in the same time period,to maintain the energy neutral state of the nodes,so that the whole network can achieve permanent and sustainable operation. On the other hand, not only to save as much as possible network node energy consumption, and the network node energy consumption should be balanced to avoid the network node energy empty and improve the quality of network services,so that the efficiency of energy utilization of sensor node is improved at the same time. Therefore,it is necessary and feasible to study the energy consumption management mechanism for the EH-WSNs.The energy consumption management mechanism with sleep scheduling mechanism of sensor nodes cause the data transmission of the network having large end-to-end delay, which cannot meet the need of the target monitoring tasks. In this paper,we propose a Sensor Nodes Pair(SNP)model,in which all the sensor nodes in the network are divided into two groups. Then the two node groups alternately work to realize the non-delayed transmission of data of the network.Secondly,in order to solve the deviation between the energy budgeted and energy harvested under the energy management mechanism based on the prediction algorithm,an energy allocation management strategy based on battery real-time energy value(H-HEAM)is proposed. In H-HEAM,the energy allocated for the next active state of sensor nodes is based on the energy collected by the node in a certain period time passed,so that the sensor nodes maintain the energy neutral state and the network achieve permanent operation.Furthermore, the relationship between the energy allocation efficiency and the energy balance of the network nodes is analyzed. The Multi-hop Multi-relay Network Model(MMNM)is proposed to balance energy consumption of nodes in network and to optimize the energy utilization efficiency.A large number of simulations show that the SNP proposed in this paper can avoid the delay of data transmission when sensor nodes are in sleep mode under the sleep scheduling mechanism of EH-WSNs.The energy allocation algorithm can achieve the precise allocation of energy collected by the nodes. The MMNM can better balance the energy consumption of network nodes and improve the efficiency of energy distribution.
