The Structure Optimal Design And Cost Analysis To The Hinge Of LCD

This thesis is mainly focused on LCD hinge appliance on the LCD.The structure optimal design for the minimum cost is carried out .The remarkable effect of cost reducing is obtained on condition that the function and stability is satisfied. The main research are as follows:1. Discuss the LCD hinge use on LCD after introducing LCD hinge's development and structure.2. DFMEA is being used in the LCD hinge, after that , we can find the main part ,the structure design is based on the analysis result.3. Two type of structure is been use for a four bar hinge, we analyze their similarities and differences.4. Cost analysis is being used on the four bar hinge .After introduce the cost analysis means in common use, we use ABC to analyze the product cost .After that ,we choose the cheaper structure.5. The result of the function verification showes that the structure is logical.By research, we finish the product design for ensuring the product function and the minimum cost.
