Design And Implementation For Display Of Cost Control And Benefit Analysis System For Agricultural Bank

Cost Controlling and Benefit Analysing system is a modern management system which is based on data concentration, mordern scientific management technique and automation technology. The management of responsible cost as its main line, the system implements control over cost accounting and benefit analysis in all levels, classes and sectors of the Bank management activities. The system is based on the income and expenditure in the course of a bank's business which is summarized with scientific methods, and accurately accounts the costs, benefits and contributions of the products, departments and the staff.The system can accurately accounts the costs and benefits of each product and sector; for every customer it works out the cost of capital, transaction, management and maintenance, as well as the benefits brought to the bank; for each employee, with scientific calculation and reasonable measure it gives the labor cost, the benefits and the contribution made to the bank. The system lays the foundation for achieving a comprehensive cost control and the evaluation on the staff and departments. By making up appropriate and reasonable cost control standards, it endues all levels, departments and staff of the bank with the responsibility to control the costs; in time it collects operational data, analyses the cost differences, and constantly reduces financing costs and management costs.Furthermore the system establishes a corresponding assessment method so as to control the costs and improve the benefits.In detail this paper describes the design and implementation of environment maintenance and data maintenance as well as the technical problems in course of implementation for the Cost Controlling and Benefit Analysing System of the Shandong Agricultural Bank. In addition, the paper also gives a brief introduction about the platform used in the design and implementation of the Cost Controlling and Benefit Analysing System, which includes the views of these technologies and comprehension in the system design of layered architecture. As for myself I am primarily responsible for the interface design and planning in the project, as well as the code work in Business Logic Layer and Object Persistence Layer.
