The Design And Implementation Of Online Equity Trading Cost Analysis System

The foreign researches prove that equity trading cost doesn't only contain commission and fees which are direct costs, but also market impact cost and opportunity cost which are indirect costs. And these costs cannot be ignored. By analyzing trading cost, it can help to provide a reference for investors making decisions, also help them to reduce the cost and increase the investment profit rate. The purpose of this paper is hoping to use data warehousing, OLAP and reporting technologies to design and implement an online equity trading cost analysis system by learning an existing system.This paper takes a global large online equity trading cost analysis system as a research object. It summarizes and abstracts the current analysis model and solution of stock trading cost analysis system and functional system requirements. Give researches based on data warehouse system architecture analysis and design by applying comparison analytical methods, through analyzing the architecture of data warehouse, the design of tables and middle summary layer, respectively. It uses OLAP analysis and report design to give a visualized present. At last, it advises some solutions improving the performance of current system, which includes performance improvements on data warehouse design and SQL query statement tuning.It implements the online equity trading cost analysis system by using data warehousing technology; describing it in detail from the aspects of functional requirements analysis, system architecture design, detailed design and implementation. This solution adopts layered architecture design method to increase the extendibility of system making it support different applications, like OLAP services and reporting services. And it uses data warehousing technologies improve the performance of system. The design and implementation of online equity trading cost analysis system provides useful information for domestic system design and is helpful to implementer to understand the requirements, design and implementation.
