As a result, the product cost cannot be accurately calculated. So, to improve the efficiency of cost management and the accuracy of cost calculation, research and develop the company cost management system has very important practical significance and application value.This thesis researches how to build a cost management system for Kunming Fangda Chun Ying leaf-spring CO.,LTD. The main works are:1. In the requirement analysis, we do lots of works on the business process research and the situation analyzed of cost management. The paper reviews business process of the cost management, and do detailed analysis for the function requirement and data flow, etc. then refining the functional requirements and data flow requirements. Such as, basic information management, standard cost management, the entry of cost data, the cost accounting of material and labor, and the equipment's utilization rate, and so on. Also, the non-functional requirements are discussed briefly.2. In the system design, finished the whole system structure design, functional design for each module, the main database table design and interface design, generated the whole system structure, detailed function for each module and process flow, the structure of main database table, and main interface layout.3. In the system realizing study, combining with the present technology situation, the paper proposed the suggestion with the system implementation. And some others also studied, such as the project leadership, the project leadership group, the project plan, and the test plan. They provide references for the system realization and implementation.
