As an important factor to the DTY production procedure, the false twisting tension greatly impacts the process stability and product quality. A great majority of yarns are tensioned by primitive means, resulting in loss of production and inferior quality at home. There are equipments that can measure the yarn tension real-time at abroad, but they are expensive and secrecy to us. It is urgency to research and develop the real-time yarn tension measurement system for the domestic needs, so it is analyzed deeply and comprehensively for the real-time yarn tension measurement.By analyzing main factors which influence the nip false twisting tension, this paper presents a kind of closed-loop control programs to realize the function of monitoring and recording the tension on each spindle, and the function of output statistics and quality grading as well. The application of the optimal system obviously indicates the results of improving the quality and measuring efficiency. In this paper, including the principle of nip twist online tension control system, hardware design, software design. By application of online tension control system in the procedure shows this system is effective to the product quality and procedure management. |
