Study On Laser Microprocessing

In recent years,with the development of the theory and technology of laser microprocessing,the quality of it become better and the category of it becme more.It is popular in many areas.Under this situation,the research of laser microprocessing is significant.The physical models to describe the charateristics of the laser resistor trimming and laser welding are established.Its thermal effect between laser and materials are discuessed.On the base of the theoretical analysis,a concrete design is suggested,and do some experimental research.When the temperature is 21~0C,current is 22.2A,Q-switch frequency is 50KHz, middle delay is 20ms,the laser power is 1.04W,laser resistor trimming sample is achieved with line width 20μm.Through the theoriticl analyses,a method of Laser Cladding is suggested.
