For a long time, China’s manufacturing industry is in the low end of the globalmanufacturing chain. With low-end products’ production capacity becoming more andmore surplus, industrial upgrading is an urgent task. In the process of China electronicindustry product upgrading, laser resistor trimming machine is a kind of very importantequipment.Laser resistor trimming machine is mainly used for the adjustment of thin-filmresistor and thick-film resistor. Because of thick and thin film resistor’s own processingcharacteristics, the resistance value inevitably have big error. To ensure the accuracy ofthe actual circuit, it is necessary to adjusting the resistance of thick-film resistor. Laserresistor trimming machine is a kind of ideal equipment for thick-film resistor’s adjusting.The power system is an important part of the laser trimming machine, provide powerfor the entire laser trimming machine, each subsystem through the second regulator, filtercircuit to reduce power supply ripple and improve the power accuracy in detectionaccuracy and stability of the system under the premise to obtain the respective requiredpower.This paper first introduces the basic principles and methods of Kelvin connection testfor laser trimming machine, and basic design principle of the constant current sourcemodule, and then led to the development of the overall program of clean power system.The clean power system mainly consists of a control module, power module, batterymodule and communication module. The main control module controls the relay’sopening and closing, the switching between the power module and battery module, D/Acurrent output can be achieve adjustable output voltage; power supply module when thelaser trimmers non-working state power for the entire circuit and charge the batterymodule; battery module in the laser trimmers working condition, power for the constantcurrent source module, in order to achieve the minimum ripple factor to achieve the powerrequirements; communication module for communication with the computer, in order toachieve the time setting of the size of the output voltage, output voltage. Finally, thepower of high purity is tested and data is analyzed.
