Along with the laser technology rapid development, the laser application is more and more widespread. Thus research the technology of laser intellectualized control, has a profounder significance.First paper analyse the intelligence control's trend of semiconductor laser, and discuss the control method of semiconductor laser, Because the frequency is easy influence by environment. So we use the FADOF optical filter achievement to choose the frequency part, realizes semiconductor laser's atomic steady frequency through the direct light feedback's means. This steady frequency method has some merits, such as the structure simple, short-term stability well. But its long-term stability the external environment change's influence, is been easily serious time will cause the frequency to lose the lock. The paper is in the light feedback atom steady frequency foundation, through uses the intelligent control technology, enhances the light feedback atom steady frequency semiconductor laser's long-term stability and anti-external environment disturbance ability, achieves causes the semiconductor laser long-term non-drift stabilization work the goal.Because temperature has a serious influence on the semiconductor laser's stability. On the base of Fuzzy-PID method, The paper has discussed the intelligence temperature control module. The realization of semiconductor lasers fuzzy self-tuning control parameters. And design a specific circuit of the semiconductor laser temperature control unit of intelligent control.
