With development of optical telecommunication, semiconductor laser has become the main light source. Operating semiconductor laser will generate heat, which will severely impair its output performance. In order to restrict the wavelength emitted by the laser, frequency stabilization must be deployed.This article takes FADOF optic filter as the reference of frequency stabilizing component. This paper employed direct light feedback approach and intelligent control to enhance the long-term steadiness of the semiconductor laser and the resistance to the environmental interference, enabling its operation over long time.Considering that the temperature and current have critical influence on the frequency emitted, besides utilizing FADOF light feedback strategy, current control unit and temperature control circuit are designed to reduce the frequency the frequency fluctuation. Using thermo-sensitive resistance NTC as the temperature sensor and TEC as executive part of the system, we designed a high-precision constant temperature control system.After analysing, it can fulfil the request of frequency stabilization.
