Research And Development Of Advanced Computer Interface Experiment Platform

Experiment is very important during the process of teaching and learning Computer Interface Technology course. Buf as the rapid development of Computer Interface Technology, present experiment instruments do not completely meet the requirement. So, we designed and implemented elaborately a new-style Computer Interface Experiment Instrument,which is an embedded system base on 51 series micro-controller. It has many advantages, such as convenient manipulation, various interfaces,and intuitionistic process.In this paper, firstly we illustrate the defects of traditional computer interface experiment equipments used by present teaching, and put forward the desired target of the new-style instrument. According to this target, from hardware and software two aspects , the general designed frame is presented.Secondly, from chapter 3 to chapter 6, the four parts present the design and implementation of RS232, Parallel Port, Irda and USB experiment separately. In every chapter, first we describe the port simply, then introduce the implementation of this port in our system in detail, finally depict the concrete experiment content.In the end, there are summary of this paper and prospect of subsequent development.
