Study And Application On Control Decision Management System Of Heating

Many heating boilers and their management systems have realized computerization, but many monitor data of control locale have not been used adequately. The performance is that the lack of evaluating heating quality and the lack of theories basis to setting operating parameter's optimization value. Based on the present condition of our country's heating field and the employment requirement, the heating boiler computer control and management system should be set up as a CDMS (Control Decision Support System) with human-machine cooperating. CDMS use the data recorded in the operating process of heating boiler and IE, IAE, ITAE in control theory to finish analysis, estimating, data mining, recombinant and so on. It provides decision support for the administrator and promotes control level by management. It can improve the efficiency of production and reduce the waste of production through Human-machine Cooperation. The mode is suitable for many industrial locales and will be spread broad.Based on a real project, the thesis mainly designs and studies CDMS, include the following three contents:1. Use JSP+SQL Server develops heating quality synthetically evaluating system. When designing, considering the modularization of system, applying in many different industrial locales through set the parameter of the system. And assign weight coefficient to get a score that represent heating quality. The software is programmed by JSP and released on Tomcat Server. Administrator can scan the interface and use it through network.2. Control Decision Management System of Heating have three parts which are the technics evaluation of running parameter, the evaluation of the material's using efficiency, the exceeding evaluation of safety parameter. It has considered various conditions of practical industry locale overall, gave a rational evaluation results to the governor. The inquiring functions of monthly summing-up, class contrast and score in the system have embodied the three contents of the Synthetically Evaluating System adequately.3. Use association rule that is a method of data mining to mine operating optimization value as the goal of operating. At the same time using the method of recombinant in biology engineering to optimize and recombine the running parameter of the class, gaining an optimization muster as a reference of each class for advancement in order to improve the level of enterprise management.
