Along with the development of automation, many heating boilers and its management systems have realized computerization. But because of various reasons, many monitor data have not been used adequately. The performance is that the lack of evaluating heating quality and the lack of theories basis to set operating parameter's optimization value.Based on the present condition of our country's heating field and the employment requirement, the heating boiler computer control and management system should be set up as a control and management system with human-machine cooperation. DSS is the most important part of it. DSS use the data recorded in the operating process of heating boiler to find something by computing, analysis, estimating, and so on. It provides decision support for the administrator and promotes control level by management. The exaltation of control level can promote the level of management too.Based on a real project, the thesis mainly designs and researches DSS, including the followings:1. Use ASP.NET+SQL Server to develop heating quality evaluating system. According to WEB database, use indices like IE and IAE to evaluate parameters that reflect heating quality. And assign weight coefficient to get a score that represent heating quality. The software is developed by ASP.NET and released on WEB Server. Administrator can use it on network.2. Use association rule which is a method of data mining to mine operating optimization value of heating boiler. The mining based on the history database of heating system can find out reachable operating optimization value by setting security and economy parameters.
