| The various and individualized requirements of customers urge that enterprise converts its product mode from mass production to mass customization. Mass customization could satisfy the single customer's demands while keeping product low cost and high efficiency. This thesis mainly studies the fundamental theories and key technologies of product family model faced to product configuration.The deficiency of the current Customization System is analyzed, and a new Web-based Visual Customization System is provided using product family model technology based on the instances of switch product customization. Problems such as inefficient compatible, not enough flexibility and terrible real time are solved within the system. The theory of product family for data organization and product configuration based on Multi-view was put forward. Design process and customization and management tool were also implemented. It is proved by the instance that the design method offered is a good solution for visual customization system. (1) Product Family design and management in customization system. The process of customer's demand acquisition, analysis and definition has been studied, and the digitization and description of mass customization product of customer's demand for the customized products is put forward, and its tool have been developed, which can be used to realize the acquisition as well as analysis and definition of customer's demand for mass customization.(2) Web-based product configuration for mass customization.By means of the realizable mechanism of product configuration for mass customization, the research on the principle of product configuration and web-based implement of product configuration, the author proposes Web-based product configuration of mass customization for the need of support project of the dissertation. On the basis of designing mass customizing and systematic scheme integrated with PDM, Web-based product configuration of mass customization has been realized.(3) Study on VRML-based products model data visualization methodThe method of VRML-based products model data visualization has been proposed through the research of Web-based visualization technology. Interactive and collaborative visualization for product structure, part model and its assembly relationships has been realized. (4) The above research results have been applied successfully in a manufacturing enterprise. |
