With the development of the software applications, software gets more and more complex. The early object oriented technology and Component oriented design method can not resolve the problems of reusability and maintainability of different systems and applications. And Service Oriented Architecture as a highly reusable, flexible and extendable architecture can resolve all of the above problems of different protocols and platforms, thus it can integrate the applications seamlessly.Based on lucubrated the Service Oriented Architecture and Web Services technology, we analyzed and designed the existing DCE system by the Service Modelling technology. We decomposed the system into a number of independent coarse granularity services, and these services using Web Services packaging. Thus it turns the existing applications and resources into standard services, so that resources can be shared. In order to integrate the encapsulated system with a loose coupling and standard architecture into Grid Service System seamlessly, we designed SOA Services Integration Platform, which is called S-SIP. The design of S-SIP follows the principle of hierarchy on structure and modularization on function. We proposed an architecture of four layers, whose center is services, and analyzed the interactions between S-SIP and other sub systems of Grid Service System. Based on the design above, we established the implementation prototype of the platform, and described the design and the implementation of the modules in detail, including Service Lifecycle Management, Service Proxy, Service Container, Service Invoker, Service Registration Center, Service Combined Engine etc. Finally, we tested and evaluated of S-SIP in detail. It demonstrated that S-SIP had reached the design requirement.
