The pumping is a necessary equipment in oil exploitation, however, the motor is an indispensable part of the pumping. Therefore, as the growth of domestic oil demand and the number of pumping unit, the development of pumping electronic control devices will be unavoidable. The study of protection and control will be a qualitative leap for the motor of the pumping.According to the motor used in oil field production, a wireless motor group controlling system program is used to monitor and protect and control motor. An intelligent motor guardianship device is installed on each of the pumping unit as a monitoring network terminal. The motors of each of oil fields constitute a small network monitoring system. A control mainframe is set up to communicate with many terminals through wireless data transmission technology, The host can be achieving related motor parameters telemetry and remote motor control.In this paper, the basic functions of the intelligent motor guardianship device are described in detail and are studied carefully, such as the circuit design principles and control software design methods of motor parameters collection, motor protection and control, data transmission and so on,. Monitoring mainframe uses object-oriented Visual Basic language as a development tool. This paper introduces and analyzes the application of VB in the system and human-machine interface configuration methods.After the monitoring system is running, it will get a better function. The system not only can raise the credibility of the motor movement, but also can improve the work efficiency of the pumping. Through remote intelligent distribution monitoring, not only can reduce the employee's labor strength, but also can lower the equipment breakdown rate. The movement of the system is stable and have the extensive expansion value.
