With the development of the Internet of things,people's life is becoming more and more convenient.The Internet of things is widely used in smart home,intelligent transportation,smart grid,intelligent medical system and so on.In particular,the Internet of things has brought great breakthroughs to the intelligent medical system.It is worth noting that wireless body area network(WBAN),as a new network,can provide remote monitoring,telemedicine and wearable,implantable emergency medical assistance.WBAN is an important branch network of wireless sensor networks,and wireless sensor network is an important part of the Internet of things.WBAN is deployed around the body or attached to the human body sensors,portable personal terminals and remote control centers.Different types of WBAN sensors can perceive and collect different physiological data from the human body,and then use a personal terminal to send information to the remote control center.Finally,the remote control center analyzes and processes information to meet different requirements.In fact,WBAN has special advantages.It has high development prospects in health care,emergency rescue,smart home,defense and military,sports entertainment,tracking and positioning.At present,WBAN has important theoretical significance and application value in preventing and treating various diseases of the elderly and the disabled people all over the world.WBAN is becoming a very popular research topic.However,the issue of security and privacy protection is an obstacle to the practical application of WBAN.Therefore,a lightweight and secure WBAN is necessary.The security in WBAN includes the following aspects: data confidentiality,data integrity,data availability,data reliability,and non-repudiation.Because WBAN is a human centered,short distance,low-power wireless communication network,which is limited by human motion,sensor nodes' transmit power and resources,the traditional wireless sensor network security technology can not be directly applied to WBAN.Based on the network characteristics of WBAN and the shortage of existing research work,this paper puts forward the security and privacy protection strategy of different aspects of wireless body area network.First,a security and efficient cryptographic encryption scheme based on property is proposed to solve the problem of data transmission and storage security in wireless body domain networks.The scheme uses symmetric encryption algorithm AES and attribute based encryption algorithm CP-ABE to encrypt data and shared key respectively,which ensures data transmission and storage security,and saves the energy consumption of sensor nodes.Second,because of the limited computing power and storage capacity of WBAN,cloud assisted WBAN can provide patients with more timely and intelligent medical services.In view of the shortcomings of the existing security schemes for the existing cloud assisted wireless body area network,a high efficient message authentication scheme with the help of cloud services is proposed.The scheme uses anonymous mechanism to protect the patient's identity privacy,and establishes a secure channel through bi-directional mapping to ensure the security of storage data.Through the safety analysis and performance evaluation,proved its effectiveness.Then,because WBAN adopts short-distance low-power wireless communication,it is easily affected by factors such as channel noise,network congestion,and human interference,resulting in a large number of packet losses.In order to improve the network reliability,a safe and reliable in vitro data transmission scheme is proposed.The program uses a combination of symmetrical encryption technology and hash authentication technology to ensure the confidentiality and integrity of patient data.At the same time,the data is encoded by an information dispersion algorithm to improve the anti-jamming capability and error correction capability of the transmitted data.The experimental results show that our proposed scheme reduces packet loss rate and reduces node transmission energy consumption.Finally,due to the special shadow effect of the WBAN,the human body itself will block the wireless link between the sensor node and the coordinator,resulting in reduced data transmission reliability.In order to improve the reliability of communication within the wireless body area network,a secure and reliable in-vivo data transmission scheme is proposed.This scheme uses the time-varying model to model the channel and selects the relay node based on the load balancing principle.It solves the problem of how to use the relay node reasonably and efficiently,and improves the energy efficiency of the relay transmission.In addition,a new authentication and key agreement protocol has been proposed to ensure the secure communication of in-vivo data.Through in-depth analysis,we verified that the proposed solution can guarantee the confidentiality and integrity of data while meeting the requirements of data reliability.
