| The security and stability control equipment is the important measure of ensuring the stability and security of power system, preventing the system frequency and voltage collapse, raising the level of system stability and reliability. With the development of the electricity system, the interconnection of electricity networks become increasingly complex, the requirements for stability control devices have been constantly enhanced. New generation of stability control devices must be subject to high-performance computers for use regional stability control model, to meet the requirements of centralized management and integrated optimization. This new progress was largely dependent on network technology and communication technology, and the embedded Ethernet technology with high-speed communications, high reliability, high compatibility advantages is gained widespread application in industrial equipment communications module.The application of embedded Ethernet in stability control device not only upgrading it's capability of communications, but also extending some fresh application such as embedded web server. In this paper, the development and current situation of related fields are introduced first, the advantage of using embedded Ethernet in stability control device is discussed first, the software implement of a simplify TCP/IP protocol stack is analyzed and researched in detail. The system model of embedded web server and the design approach to achieve dynamic HTML are accomplished. In addition, the method of using the IEC 60870-5-104 protocol based on the TCP/IP protocol to perform seamless communication between the device and the dispatching center is presented as well.A series of the functional, real-time, safety testing demonstrated the availability and reliability of an embedded Ethernet. |
