So to develop a flexible and high efficiency OA system becomes the important difficulty of the present business information construction.The concept of the work flow comes from the production organizationand the office automation domain. It aims at ithe routine work and has a fixed routine. On constructing OA system, utilizing workflow technology and Petri-net theory, the logic can be defined flexibly and complicated step can be predigested , in order to resolve cooperation problem in OA system and afford optimized technology sustained and method ensured for improving on the logic.This paper is an application study of OA system based on the enterprise.The paper exoatiates on workflow technology and Petri-net theories, introduces Workflow Management System and OA system exploitation methods based on workflow; investigates three petri-net types and configurations, and utilizes idiographic examples to analyze . During the designing process of OA system, the paper applies workflow technology and workflow modeling technology based on petri-net to OA system and its core modules, and analyzes its logic and modeling work. The paper proposes a method about dynamic Workflow Management System in OA system , constructs OA workflow system model based on workflow management and OA workflow server model , designs model executive control arithmetic, defines OA workflow math model and logic types; applies workflow-net, petri-net based on course and random petri-net theories to construct workflow models about core modules in OA system , analyzes its performance and optimizes the model, applies extensive petri-net to describe the logic with subsequent relations ; finally, the paper presents idiographic function of OA system.
