Traditional means of reconnaissance is difficult to adapt to both the task of anti-terrorism in desert area and the modern war under high-technology conditions. Facing with hidden terrorists and the fast-paced modem war, the automation and networking system of individual digital reconnaissance must be immediately constructed to improve the efficiency, flexibility and survivability , Based on analyzing the default of the traditional means of reconnaissance ,a new system would be made and developed to adapt to both the task of anti-terrorism in Xinjiang and the other modern war, The information of goal, transmission and individual reconnaissance, the PC technology, the photoelectric technology, the GPS technology, the GPS technology, the digital communication technology and so on would be applied to this system which could realize the location and handling of the goal in battlefield. According to the above theory, a new individual digital clock reconnaissance system is put forward. The research and application of individual digital clock reconnaissance systems at home and abroad are introduced. And the demand is put forward that the anti-terrorism combat to the systems in this thesis. And it is put great emphasis on introducing the construction of systems, the effect and character in anti-terrorism combat and war. The theory and principle of the systems realization are analyzed and researched. The specific design idea and program are provided. At last, the application of individual digital clock reconnaissance systems in anti-terrorism combat is researched.
