| With the rapid growth of wireless communication technology, modern Single Soldier Equipment(SSE) can enhance fighters'single operational capacity and direction potency, and provides the effective safety for it. While the Vedio Command System in SSE is paid attention to by military. There is less study of this field in China now. Embedded system is the popular research subjects of the computer, which is the platform of the vedio coding&decoding system. The Vedio Command System in SSE using DSP Embedded system has been widely paid attention to. ITU and ISO/IEC join hands to develop the new video coding standard of the H.264/AVC. By adopting a number of new coding techniques, it has achieved a significant improvement in compression performance and a "network-friendly" video representation relative to existing standards. Therefore, it is significant to study the standard of the H.264 and to realize it.This dissertation revolves the construction of the Vedio Command System in SSE. It uses ADI company's Blackfin 533 as a CPU to realize vedio real-time decoding, and uses PC to realize vedio real-time coding. Then the Solution of the Vedio Command System in SSE is presented.This dissertation mainly divides into several parts below.1.By analyzing vedio coding&decoding, H.264 is selected as a algorithm for the system. Then H.264-JM Edition9.1 is studied and discussed, whose key technology is also analyzed.2. The Vedio Command System in SSE is given from terminal and server. Then Blackfin533, PC104+ and Intel MMX/SSE optimization technology are known well. Finally, the hardware and software model of the Vedio Command System in SSE is presented.3. Aiming at core structure and instruction set of Blackfin533 DSP, software development environment of Visual DSP4.0 is studied. Then decoding algorithm is programed and optimized, by analyzing key parts of decoding of H.264. Finally, vedio real-time decoding is realized on product board.4.
