Taxation is the most important form and source of revenue for the state(government)public finance.It is the top priority of taxation work to make taxpayers' tax payable fair and reasonable enough.To achieve this goal,SM County Local Taxation Bureau has put forward the business demand of individual industry tax system.Individual taxation is a means of assessing the amount of tax payable by taxpayers who meet the individual taxation conditions by means of computer calculation.Based on this,this paper studies the SM County individual taxation system.SM County individual tax system is designed and achieved mainly based on the software engineer concepts.The core concept of this article used in the system design is modularity.According to the actual needs of users,it divided the system into four parts: individual basic information management,reference parameters Value calculation,self-defined quota management,and query statistics.Each module has a number of sub-function modules.Individual basic information management mainly manages the information of individual users,including complementary,change,cancel,and so on.The calculation of the parameter value calculates the basic parameter in the system,and supports the classification of industries and reference of calculation results at the same time.The function of self-defined quota management includes the creation of collection table,collecting information entry,collection table audit,collection table approval and other sub modules.Query statistics has sub modules such as the quotation statistics,the historical information query statistics,the information of the relief information,the household information and the registration information,the land use information and the registration information modules.In the needs analysis,this essay firstly analyzes the systems' roles,and their functions and performance as well,showing the functioning graphs with descriptions of all the sub modules.It also analyzes the non-functional demands,such as performance need,safety need,and the expanding need.In the system design part,it designs the system in overall,and focuses on the design of technique and functional structure,shown with the structural diagrams.Then the sub modules are designed in details with timing design and classifying design combined method.It also analyzes the background data with the module graph of the relations of the data.The system design is applied with B/S mode,and MVC tri-layer structure,and Visual Studio.NET2012,adeveloping tool based on the.net structure.The database management system uses Microsoft SQL Server 2012,C language for coding.The system can be tested after finishing the design.In the testing part,the article confirms development and running of the system,and then show the detailed picture for the achieving of different functions.It finishes the function testing by sample test for all the sub modules.It puts forward the requirement of performance based on the system need analysis,and conduct the performance test for the system.The system passes the test,showing the stability of the system.It can meet the demand for SM County individual tax needs.The existing problems in the SM County individual taxation process can be seen in the system,which can also provide samples for other officers in the tax department.At the same time,the system achieves the high sharing of tax information,and SM County taxation officers can get the accurate and complete feedbacks in time so that their working efficiency and quality are well improved.
