As for the future of TD-SCDMA network operators. How cost-effective to build a TD-SCDMA cell net is a guarantee of high quality and low cost network operators are concerned about. Chapter 4 explains TD-SCDMA's organized network scheme in typical environment and independent or mixed organized network scheme.This thesis can serve as a guide for the 3G construction work, which will soon be carried out.
