Research On TD-SCDMA Radio Network Planning Of The Common City Proper And College Town In FUZHOU

The Third Generation Mobile Telephony combines the Wireless Communication technology with the Multimedia technology. It's different from 1G and 2G 3G primarily promoted on the transmission speed of the voice and data. It can process image, music, video and other multiple media form, and it also can support Web Browsing, Conference call, E-Commerce and other multiple Message Service.TD-SCDMA is an international standard which firstly possessed of autonomous intellectual property rights in China. It establishes a precedent about Chinese participating International Telecommunication Standardization. Putting forward this standard is a technological innovation paradigm in the communications industry and an important contribution to the Third Generation Mobile Telephony development.The goal of TD-SCDMA Radio Network Planning is to Balancing the relationship of the overriding, quality and cost, under the premise of meeting the service requirement. To determining the victory of 3G, China Mobile Communication Corp is actively preparing the TD-SCDMA network creation.This paper firstly introduces the critical technology, process, method and simulation of TD-SCDMA network planning. Secondly, the paper adopts the method of theoretical arithmetic, and does volume calculation, cover calculation to wireless network based on TD-SCDMA, which combines the propagation model of the common city proper and college town in FUZHOU. Then according to the dropped call rate demand of the different planning region, the paper does Monte Carlo simulation and generates the simulation picture and statistical report. On the basis of the simulation result, it gives advice and makes suggestions about the weak coverage zones. This network planning simulation also simulates on the VIP road, and checks the coverage situation. In the end, we will obtain the TD-SCDMA network construction scheme of the common city proper and college town in FUZHOU.
