PCR microfluidic chip is a integration of the PCR technology and micro total analysis systems(μ-TAS). Micro-analysis system requirements related to control, interface devices such as integrated as possible. At the same time temperature control is one of the keys of PCR technology, which is of PCR chip. So the purpose of this paper is to create a embedded platform in that different function modules can be loaded, and on the basis of this embedded platform to realize temperature control module and so on. Key elements include: 1) Choice of the appropriate hardware and design to be reasonable, and the small size. 2) Because the micro-system-wide features high integration, the more complicated task, which requires the hardware on the basis of the small, select appropriate operating system components embedded systems, and the preparation of multi-tasking task complicated by the implementation of procedures to achieve the capacity. 3) Proposed and implemented to introduce the network-wide application into micro-analysis system, and implemented remote control with the micro-PCR microfluidic chip and remote real-time data sharing.From the perspective of concrete realization of the entire system can be divided into: hardware platform, software platform and application-level software. In the paper, discussion on the realization of the hardware platform of the PCR microfluidic chip temperature control system. Based on idea of modular design, the hardware is divided into the implementation of temperature control data sampling, heating drive the temperature control function of daughter board and the main control board. To achieve the software platform mainly means that transplant the embedded operating system based on the hardware platform, mainly works is to transplant the board support package (BSP) of the VxWorks operating system into the hardware platform, and achieve the END driver. Application-level software includes the temperature control and server software running embedded operating system platform , the temperature monitoring and client software running on Windows. At the same time PCR temperature control in order to achieve the server and client software as the network communications, as a part of research "PCR data communications network frame format" standards is proposed.The results show that the system can meet the micro-PCR microfluidic chip temperature control requirements, to achieve the precise temperature control and remote monitoring. And the embedded system platform discussed in the paper can be improved further as the PCR microfluidic chip universal control platform.
