Optical Fiber Grating Temperature Measurement Technology Based On Vxworks

As a new type of passive device,optical fiber grating temperature sensor is very suitable for high voltage switch cabinet in the special environment of temperature measurement.This topic is mainly based on current problems,researched the key technology of optical fiber grating thermometry,written an optical grating temperature online detection and diagnosis system under VxWorks to meet the intelligent substation of intelligentize and networking.Firstly,this paper compared several temperature measurement method which commonly be used in high voltage switch cabinet,then draw a conclusion that it is necessity to choice fiber grating as high voltage switch cabinet temperature device.Secondly,this paper introduced the principle of the optical fiber Bragg grating sensor temperature measurement,researched the encapsulation technology of he optical fiber Bragg grating sensor,and introduced several temperature sensitization packaging method.Thirdly,compared with various embedded operating system,this system choose the embedded real-time operating system VxWorks as this system software development platform,system kernel is made a detailed introduction.In the full understanding of the characteristics of fiber Bragg grating demodulation devices,this paper provided the design of the the fiber Bragg grating temperature demodulation system hardware platform,and introduced the function of each module.Then,the optical fiber grating temperature measurement system software which based on VxWorks are made.Algorithm are researched which include the task scheduling algorithm, ring buffer algorithm, warning algorithm and so on;in addition to these,the technology of transplantation GoAhead WebServer and realized IEC61850communication in equipment layer device made a success.Finally.remote monitor and control system software are designed, it has real-time monitoring, history inquiry, early warning, long-range control module function.
