The leaking accident of transportation pipeline of crude oil not only causes the oil loss but also causes pollution of the environment, and furthermore may also cause serious casualties.Leakage accidents in transportation pipeline occur frequently in recent years. In order to guarantee the pipelines work safely and minimize the losses caused by leakage accidents, it is necessary to study leakage detecting technology to raise the sensitivity of detection and accuracy of localization. Pipeline leakage detection is a multi-field and cross-subject thesis which involved many subjects, such as pipeline hydrodynamics, thermodynamics, sensor technology, signal detection and signal processing. A thorough research has been done in this paper to the pipeline leakage detection technology.The research status of pipeline leakage detection technology home and abroad is summarized in this paper, and the principles, methods, difficulties and solutions of the pipeline leakage detection technology is also described in detail. The analysis on propagation law of negative pressure wave and method of wave velocity calculation is given in it; Flow equilibrium theory is used in the paper to make the judgment that whether the leakage has occurred or not; The singular point of pressure signals is acquired by wavelet analysis to locate the leakage point; Simultaneous signal collection between both the head and end of the pipe is realized by adopting GPS.According the needs of pipeline leakage detection, hardware of the system is selected, an acquisition card is designed, the computer analyses software is well developed in the paper, meanwhile an experimental platform is built in the laboratory, so the simulating experiment was done and the experimental result has been well analyzed. |
