Pipeline is an important means as railway, highway, navigation, and ship. It is especially used for petroleum. Now, leakage has become the primary malfunction in transporting-oil pipe running. Leakage accident happened frequently because of stiletto steal and decay in the pipeline. It interferes in natural production badly, and brings the enormous economic losing and the pollution of the environment, so the research and application of the leak detecting system of transporting-oil pipe becomes an urgent problem. Advanced technology of leak automatic detecting of pipeline can discover the leak duly, and then take action rapidly. It may reduce the happening of steal case, and bring obvious economic and social benefit.With the development of computer science, cybernetics, signal processing, pattern recognizing and artificial intelligence, the technology of pipeline leak detection has improved hugely. It is in the main person of computer software technology used in pipeline leak detection.The dissertation researches and analyzes all kinds of leak detecting technologies of pipeline in the world. Then it brings forward the collectivity project of the negative pressure wave leak detecting system, which is based on the special requirement of Daqing Petroleum Company. On the one hand, the dissertation is applied itself to technology of sensor, data sampling and network. On the other hand, it is aimed at network design project and equipment selection. The dissertation makes a detailed investigation on method of real-time time-giving system with GPS. And it deals with the storage management of leak detecting pressure data and real-time display of pressure wave by some efficacious application package.
