The Research And Implementation Of SOA-Based E-Government System

E-Government has been paid more attention by the central government of our country nowdays, more functions and capabilities about E-Government are required. Currently, most of E-Government systems are web applications based on B/S mode. There are many problems in most of these applications such as poor expansibility, bad interoperability, bad accommodating to requirement, program repeating, long period of new application and easily leading to "Isolated Information Islands". SOA (Service Oriented Architecture) is new thinking and architecture that appears recently to resolve these problems.This paper focuses on how to implement an E-Government system based on service oriented architecture, with the illustration of a real project. Firstly, this paper introduces the development of electronic government, raises the problems which the electronic government has faced and SOA is recommended in solving these problem. Secondly, the paper introduces the theory of SOA, analyzes basic concepts, characteristics, cooperative relations among roles of SOA and the key technologies of SOA. Finally, the paper will introduce the requirements of the project, give the system's analysis, design and implementation.The purpose of this paper lies in two aspects: on one hand, it adopts a solution to the problems which electronic government system has faced; on the other hand, it gives an example on how to implement an information system based on service oriented architecture.
