The Radio Management Committee Office of Hubei Province is themanagement organization which the country founds specially, is responsibleforthe radiomanagement work inHubei Province.Themanagement work ofradio frequencies, station(network) is the emphasis and the difficulty key inthe entire radio management work. In order to better adapt to the needs ofeconomic development of Hubei Province, complying with the radiomanagement strategies, policies and regulations which established by thecountry, along the direction of"scientific management, promotiondevelopment", realizing the change from the traditional"experience"to"science",realizingtheformalizationandthestandardizationofmanagement,building and developing the Radio Frequency Station Management System(hereinafter refer to Radio Station System) of Hubei Province is alreadyimminent, they are also the foundation and the key to safeguard thesustainable development of the radio management informationization ofentireHubeiProvince.The Radio Station Management Center System is an important part oftheRadioStationSystem.TheRadioStationManagementCenterSystemisamanagement platform to manage the station's foundation data, it takes thecentralism of province as the principle to design and develop. The RadioStationManagement CenterSystem ensures the system's authority,reliabilityand accuracy according to standards. The operation of the management islaw-based, the operation systems could communicate to each other, thefunction of computation and statistics is reliable and accurate. The RadioStation Management Center System's code design is according to thestandards and the operational characteristic, which standardizes the system'sinformation communication. According to a series of national radio data standards, such as the database of antenna and the equipment, combined withthe practical application model of Hubei Province, unified the data whichchooses from various operation databases, build data warehouse(provincecenter) to storage data at all levels, realize the sharing application above thesingleoperationalsystem.The Datacenter is an important part of the Radio Station ManagementCenter System. This article mainly introduces the sub-modules aboutDatacenter which I have taken responsibility for, my work contains therequirement, the functional analysis, design, and the realization. Chapter 1introduces the background, the goal, and the significance of Datacenter.Chapter 2 introduces the structures and the functional analysis of theDatacenterinsimple.Chapter3simplyoutlinestherelatedtechnologieswhichare used in Datacenter. The spare chapters introduce sub-modules inDatacenter in detail. Chapter 4 introduces the backup and the restore of theProvince Center Database. There are many methods to backup and restoredatabases, this article chooses the simple method to use the command ofEXP.EXE and IMP.EXE which the ORACLE database brings itself, theparameter INCTYPE in command EXP.EXE and IMP.EXE means the type ofbackup and restore, setting parameter INCTYPE can realize the increasebackup and restore. Chapter 5 introduces the initialization of cities'data inHubei Province, this module's specialization is strong, initializing thedictionary and radio station's information must be conformed to the nationalTechnical Standard for Database Structure of Radio Station Management.Initializing the correlation tables of radio stations must defer to certain order.Chapter 6 introduces the cities'data renew. The cities'data renew is theprocess to renew the cities'databases according to the Province's centraldatabase's changes for the coherence of Province's central database and cities'databases after initializing the cities'databases. The realization of the moduleis somewhat similar to the data initialization, but data renew only renews thecorrelative tables about stations, it does not renew the dictionary tables, and the rule to renew is more complex than data initialization. Moreover thismodule uses the timer to realize data renews on fixed time. Chapter 7introduces something about data migration, data migration contains two parts:the database structure migration and the data migration, the database structuremigration maysubdivide forthetablestructuremigration, primaryandforeignkey migration, view migration and so on. Data migration's specialization isalso high, it also must be conformed to the national Technical Standard forDatabase Structure of Radio Station Management, and the managementrequest of Hubei Province, for each cities, Data migration only migrates thecities'localdataorthedatathecityhaspowertolookover.The Radio Station Management Center System's superiority over theothersimilarproducts:(1)thedesignisbasedonplatform,theworkingpatternisintegratedTheRadioStationManagement CenterSystem is animportant part oftheRadio Management System, it has seamless union with other parts in theplatform,andconformstotheintegrationconstruction'srequestofthenational(provincial)radiomanagementinformation.The system is builded by the wayof using components(user controls), sothefunctionsareeasytosplitandtorecombine,anditprovidesthesupportforthenextsystemfunctions'promotionandexpansion.(2)functionmoduleisdividedfromtheconfiguration'smanagementThe system uses the design method in which the function and theconfiguration's manage are separate, it frees the radio managers from thetedious computer configuration's working. The system's manager configuresthe system's purview and functions, and accomplishes the enactment ofcommonlyusedfunctions.(3)centralizeddeployment,unificationmanagementSet up a centralized station database taking the province as the center(thesystemalsosupportsthetwolevels'deployinprovincewhichallowsthecitiesto retain radio station database). According to the operation of applications' examination and approval, and the popedom of each city, control strictly thestations'operations to realize the function that the province center's unifiedlayout, cities distribute the power of region by themselves. The centralizeddeployment fundamentally solves the problem that the original databaseunable to communicate with each other, it provides the dependable datasources for the collecting and statistics of administration, the monitor, and theEMC analysis. The pattern of centralized deployment is more conforming tothe requirement of central management, facilitates the development ofoperation, reduces the middle processes, enhances the working efficiency, andfullydisplaystheeffectofHubeiProvince'sradiomanagementsystem.TheRadioStationManagement CenterSystem has alreadysucceededinrunning in Hubei Province's radio committee now, it satisfies the HubeiProvinceradiomanagement'ssoftwaredemand.At the same time, the Radio Station Management Center System alsohas some flaws. For example the aspect of database supporting, the datamigration mainly supports the data migration from the ORACLE database tothe ACCESS database file according to the scope division of the actualbusiness management, but it does not support other databases, like Sysbase,DB2 and so on. The Radio Station Management Center System(specially theDatacenter module) is designed and realized based on the database standardwhich is established by National Radio Frequency Management Committee.Ifthedatabasestandardismodifiedinthefuture,especiallythechangeonthetable of station, net, application, frequency, equipment, antenna and theirrelations, the system will modify a lot, so there are certain limitations.Besides, the data migration, the data initialization and the data renew, takemassiveCPUandthememory.Alloftheseneedtobeimproved.
