As a temporary distributed network, Ad hoc is formed by a collection of wireless mobile nodes without any existing network infrastructure. In this condition, due to the finite of wireless communication range, nodes which can't communicate directly can use other nodes to transmit the data packets. Nodes in Ad Hoc network transmit data by multi-hop, so we need a routing protocol to determine how to transmit these data packets.DSR (Dynamic Source Routing Protocol for Mobile Ad Hoc Networks), AODV (Ad Hoc On-Demand Distance Vector Routing) and ZRP(Zone Routing Protocole) are three mature and widely used routing protocols for Mobile Ad Hoc Networks. But there are some lacks in these protocols, so plenty of related researches are carried out to improve the performances. On bases of EZRP agreement, this paper presents a new algorithm which distributes operation flux evenly to several available routes. NS2 simulation proves that on the one hand, this algorithm is as stable and reliable as the previous algorithm; on the other hand, taking load-equilibrium into consideration while choosing routes, this algorithm is improved in power consumption and possesses similar routing overhead and complexity with EZRP agreement.
