Content Management System (CMS) is a specialized editor for the content of the website and publishing applications, and it's based on strong architecture, compliance with open standards, easy to integrate with other applications and extensions, and can be rapidly deployed. The establishment of CMS helps alleviate the workload of site maintenance, reduce the complexity of the establishment of various sites, standardize website backstage information management and publishing process, which will fully enhance the efficiency in operational management and content maintenance.Web2.0 is a new Web site operating mode, it will bring another revolution to the Internet.The main characteristic of Web2.0 system is that users are not only the readers of the content of website, and even more are the creators of the content. The change of user role brings the changes of the website management. Faced with the massive user content, how to manage the website, guide users effectively, and finally increase the viscosity of users, will become a probleme which every website managers must consider. In addition, the user mode and usage mode has taken some obvious changes, which also requires a website targeted adjustments.The original inention of designing traditional CMS is for content distribution and management, which will not be able to meet the changes of use mode and usage mode. Therefore, we must fundamentally change our design.In this paper, we study the uniqueness of Web2.0 system, and identify the copyright management, content evaluating analysis, life-cycle management and personalized content as the main problems which need to be resolved.For the copyright management issues, this paper elaborates on the three conditions of the copyright management, and provides the corresponding solution combined with the existing DRM technology. For the content evaluation issues, this paper explores the Web2.0 CMS evaluation model, which is based on three aspects of content, products and business. For the life-cycle management issues, the paper proposes the concept of the product life cycle of Web2.0 content system, and defines the life-cycle stages, combined with parameters of the content evaluation model. For personalized content issues, this paper introduces personal technology which is widely used , and emphasizes RSS.On the correlation analysis, this paper gives a simplify design of Web2.0 CMS, and realizes the content evaluation model. Preliminary result of the prototype system's operation shows that the model can effectively improve content products on the site attractive to users, thereby increasing user traffic.Finally, we discuss the module and analysis method on how to simulate the content management system.
