The Hospital Information System Integration Based On DICOM3.0 And HL7 Protocols

At present, the domestic HIS(Hospital Information System), and PACS(Picture Archiving and Communications System)systems majority of all are the independent movement and the management, each system has own database management system and the communications system, this has brought the very big manpower and the physical resource waste to the hospital. The system working huge difference has brought the very major difficulty for the system integration. Therefore, it is necessary middle to establish a middle bridge in them, took information system information sharing the gateway, simultaneously this intermediate level regarding them all should be transparent.Based on above some characteristics as well as the hospital information system characteristic, this article proposed a set based on DICOM3.0 and HL7 PACS and HIS/RIS gateway hospital information system integration plan. The RIS server and the PACS server merge, realizes the information system seamless integration in the radiology. Realizes PACS and his system integration with his system connection, realizes the hospital internal illness person information interactive. This plan can solve some problems well which in the present hospital information management exists, simultaneously has also provided the direction for the future long-distance medical service development which certain foundation and may inquire about.
