Research And Realization Of Office Automated System Of IesLab

In recent years, with the development of network and information technology and the improvement of the level of the computer application , more and more enterprises and institutions begin to introduce the office automated system to deal with routine work and internal affairs, gradually head for official working with no paper.The application of the office automated system cut down the cost of the paper and use manpower salary sparingly, save the resource of enterprises and institutions, rule the working flow, make information flow more rational; avoid much unnecessary flows of the repeatedly inputting information, raise work efficiency and quality. In the network computing environment ,office automated system can not only make information delivery more compact and effective, but also benefit the information communication with the outside, make the range of communication of information more extensive, set up the information communication with the remote official working organizations more conveniently and swiftly.In this paper the author described office automated system of ieslab. This system offered the functions of information inputting, examination and approval of information and inquiry of information, etc. The system is the important application of computer's technology in enterprises work.The author of the paper participated in the whole procedure of design and realization of office automated system of the ieslab. Base on the archetypal system, we led the user tell out their requirement during the requirement analysis phase and analyzed the requirement seriously. We chose the appropriate system frame and divided the system into modules based on the function. We chose the environment of exploitation and the project of data-base during the general design phase. In the System realization phase, we programmed in module code, including information inputting module, examination and approval module, document inquiring module and system management module, main contribution is:a) There are many kinds of document to be involved in the office automated system. In order to raise the development efficiency and benefit the system management, we had designed common inputting interfaces to the document of simple structure.b) To each kind of document, according to specific examination and approval flow, we set up the standard examination and approval flows, form the company common examination and approval template of this document. Individual can also edit the individualized examination and approval template on the basis of common template.c) Because responsibility flow is different and document promoter is different, the approving persons involving it may be different too, in order to guarantee the commonality of examination and approval, according to post and rank definition table and responsibility department, load different approving person.
