Then we design and implement a communication monitoring platform oriented service, isomerism, opened and distributed.Firstly, we deeply evaluated the related technologies about communication monitoring platform, proposed a new idea about building general, distributed vehicles communication monitoring platform on the basis of widely market research. Then abstracted the particular system requirements, and designed the framework form the aspects of composed structure and functional architecture, etc.Secondly, in the eyes of software engineering this paper expatiated on the subject of concretely realized process about communication protocols, database architecture, and fundamental subsystems. And we provided some feasible advice for system design which offered useful references both in theory and practice.Thirdly, this paper emphasized the analysis of how to search the shortest road in Road Net., and proposed a new type of Mathematical Model.At the same time,we reaserch the model's meaning.At last, we tested the platform carefully, analyzed the typical problems, and shared the experience. This project has been applied to practice successfully, which declares that it satisfies the designing requirements on function, performance, and expansibility.
