| Broadcasting is growing with the rapid development of communication technology.A lot of new technology,facilities and materials have appeared and been applied in this field,it bring a vast space for broadcasting.Now broadcasting is no longer limited to the one-way transmission of traditional television programmes.The television signals have been transmitted in a way that combines the wired and wireless transmission(including satellite transmission).Meanwhile,the former has greatly used light-transmitting fiber on the chief net.The point that gathers light is also approaching the user terminal.At present,most areas have achieved FTTC even FTTB,in our country,and the number of fiber-Optic cable is also increasing.Broadcasting departments not only have used fiber-optic cables,but also have had the cables that have the same roller of great quality on connection net.That is to say the broadcasting has had the conditions which can provide two-way business about digital broadcasting,data telecommunications and so on.Now,the problem that broadcasting department is facing is seeking for a practica way to provide all kinds of business on its own net.If they can do this,they will beat all competitors.The thesis puts forward a solution that is fit for broadcasting's two-way business.In chaper One,it is about the history of the wired broadcasting,chief net and the brief discription about connection network.It also involves the main problem about CATV at present. In chapter two,it is about the character,advantage and problems about the two-way connection of HFC.In chapter three,it talks about the character and principle of PON.In chapter four,It is about the character,development,principle and standard of EPON.In chapter five,it relates to the principle and advantage of connection network.In chapter six,take a city in our province for example,it is mainly about the practical design of EPON applying to HFC. In the design since combine the characteristics of that city again in consideration of the actual circumstance of the all levels brocasting section.Not only the point carry on city area a design reformation, and also carried on a design to the village network, in order to for other everyplace the reformation of the network make a reference.According to our present broadcasting situation,the thesis proposes using new technology to update and reform the present HFC. It also suggests broadcasting using self-advantage and arranging EPON in order to win the supermarket. |
