IR Thermal Image Processing And Analysising Based On Power Equipment

The NDT technique of IR thermal image is a new NDT technique. It has many testing advantages in electric power appliances failure diagnosis,so it was widely used in testing electric power failures all over the world in recent years. In our country, this technique has been used in testing electric power appliances on-line,but many artificial factors such as the inspectors' knowledges and experiences have influenced the accuratacy of results.The display of the high resolution power and pseudo-color of IR thermal image is inquired and achieved in this paper. According to the analysis of the kinds and features of noise, the method of the based edge direction adaptive filter in noise suppression and restrained the noise signals in the image is adopted,and the preliminary analysis and exploration of IR thermal image division and electric power appliances recognization are made as well. The method of region division and recognization of the electric power appliances' IR thermal image which is based on the shape features of objective appliances is presented here. Analysis of the impact of the various factors and how to coper Acquire the resuluts through a certain amount of power equipment testing ,the appropriate amendment and the data analysis .
