With the fast step of globalization after China going into the world trade, the competition mode of enterprise has transformed into the deep-seated degree and intelligence, nevertheless the development of our traditional labor-intensive enterprises faces heavy resistance. Although the ERP, OA systems had already been applied into many enterprises and also have brought a certain performance, a great deal of data which is produced by the operation processing is just operation type data that can't be directly carried on analytical processing and so the enterprise can't acquire the useful information automatically for management decision from a mass of data. How to make these data be helpful for the information of decision is the one of major problems that enterprise is facing with today. Establishing the business intelligence system is the best method to solve.Business Intelligence(BI), is usually regarded as a tool for enterprise to transform the existing data to information and make a wise management decision. BI plays a vital role during the growing process of the enterprises, because it helps the enterprise accurately master the varying business environment and make rapid and accurate management policy. Data Warehouse, Online Analytical Processing and Data Mining constitute the supporting technology for BI. And the data warehouse technique is used for building the integrated data environment, online analytical processing and data mining techniques provide different, subject-oriented data analysis means for every customer's role.This paper combines an important project of science and technology office in the province, aim at XinGuang decoration limited company to quest that how to carry out business intelligence in the labor-intensive enterprise, and then put forward a set practical viable BI solution for labor-intensive enterprise. After understanding the profession characteristic and realm knowledge of labor-intensive enterprise and lucubrating the technology of data warehouse, online analytical processing and data mining, expound the application of BI technology for product marketing of labor-intensive enterprise. The main work in this paper as follows:1. On the technique system side, it introduces the core technique of business intelligence as a whole, and selects the tool for system development according to the actual circumstance.2. According to the actual demand, designs the three themes of DW: Product theme, Sales theme and Customer theme, then builds the DW in the SQL Server 2005 based on the three themes. Extracting, cleaning, transforming and loading the existing data from ERP and OA systems to DW, which composes subject-oriented, integrated and time-varying data organizing style, it is effectively to integrate and share the information that builds data environment for OLAP analysis and data mining of BI system, furthermore discusses the system's security design.3. On the DW, multidimensional data sets are established respective for three analysis themes with the Analysis Services of Microsoft. Using MDX to realize not only all kinds of analysis demand but also the analytical method such as roll up and drill down, slice and dice etc, which makes BI system can respond the analytical result of complicated query quickly. It also develops the web-based OLAP exhibition with Reporting Services and the client-based data analytics with Pivot Table to realize not only timely and accurate product marketing analysis, the customer/market analysis etc, but also provide timely and dependable information for enterprise's management and decision-making.4. Finally, on the foundation of analyzing the algorithms of Decision Tree and Time Series, the paper introduces the decision tree algorithms and the conformation of the decision tree, and then selecting the algorithms to design and implement the predicted data mining model to analyze and predict customer's type, meanwhile using the Time Series algorithms to analyze and predict the enterprise's sale, which can transform the enterprise's existing data into knowledge and mine the hidden information in the business data for decision-maker.
