Application Research On Data-Switching System In ETC

Our country is making great efforts to develop the thruway. ETC (Electronic TollCollection) system, which uses the RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) as the mainautomatic identification technology, can improve the thruway's efficiency markedly.In this thesis, research works focus on the RFID technology and the design of RFID system in ETC. After making further analysis and research into thruway's ETC I build up a data-switching system based on XML.and analyse the design and realization of the system.therefore, this thesis focuses on the following research work:First,on the basis of the analysis of the background of XML,discussion of the developement of XML and the characteristics of XML and the key technology,the basis of the thesis on ETC data-switching is built up by comparion with several projects of short-distance telecomuication.Second, after comparing all kinds of tags and antennas, the passive read-write double pieces tag and plumb polarized flat antenna are picked out. Tag and antenna are the hardware preparation for RFID. Reader and tag are key parts of RFC. And the model of ETC data-switching has been designed.Third, according to the transaction process of antannas I make preparations for the corresponding procedure codes by Delphi and Visual C++ and test the whole system.Finally, I sum up the whole reseach process and look forward to the further tasks on the basis of what has been completed.This thesis has discussed the application of the data-switching technology based on XML data packet and an new encrpytion techniques combining the advantages of DES and RSA to the RFID reseach, the ETC data-switching model with efficiency,safty and stabity attaches important values of research to theory and application.
