In research of power system planning and operation mode, it is necessarian for the need of power flow calculation quantitative analysis to compare operating mode power supply program or the reasonableness of the reliability and economy. In addition, the power system flow analysis is the power system stability and dynamic stability analysis of the static basis. Therefore, to provide a good man-machine interface with the power system analysis software for operation scheduling and planning for the staff has become the current power system application development trends.Based on. NET (Visual Studio. NET) control technology allows easy maintenance and development process, reducing the preparation of large-scale analysis of the complexity of the procedure, and to Windows-based visualization technology can be realized through the graphical interface and analysis calculation of reunification.This paper analyzes the traditional power system analysis software in the simulation calculation and application of the lack of software engineering ,using Unified Modeling Language (UML) design concept as a guide, using ROSE software for the establishment of a power system object establish use case and the state diagram and derive class diagram. Based on .NET programming technology, to analyse and study the design for power system analysis software which include a graphical interface based on graphic collection, analysis, calculation and data management. Use CustomControl technology and ADO.NET database access technology, to construct the static structure of the power system by the various needs of first control class library; Through the topological analysis, realizing the unity of first connection diagram and the computer network, realizing Intelligent Control linking new technologies.With the establishment of the power flow calculation on the basis of class, based on the object-oriented technology written Newton - Raphson method and PQ decomposition flow calculation procedures and realized the power flow of the grid math model; and use .NET Controls are standard interface forms, the two algorithm objects were assembled dynamic library to meet the needs of different calculation. On this basis, other algorithms can be easily added to the dynamic library, the power system analysis software was verified by simulation examples.
