The application rule of existing software design optimization methods is firstly compared and analyzed in this article and each demerit is found through application in the MIS of electric power enterprise. Secondly, considering object-oriented method is being widely used while are seldom used in electric power enterprises, object-oriented method is attempted to be used in some examine and repair plan management system. This method directly mapped problem into function and sub-function and is not like traditional data-flow analysis. The workload of system exploitation and system maintenance is also greatly reduced. The design efficiency is improved and the method makes system more universal and rational. Finally, information system actuality is analyzed and the reason of low successful probability is found to be lack of a good system structure, which result in lots of isolated information and black-hole problem. Based on this point, a design idea of constitution business architecture platform is put forward, which like architecture system .The platform can play a support role.through setting up corresponding structure model and the application in actual project, the idea is proved to be ascendant and feasible.
