Design And Implementation Of HuanGong Department Budget Management System

There are lots of control and evaluation of business management process in production process of enterprises. Cost control often influences the total economic benefit of one enterprise. Budget management of enterprise is an important way to control cost. As a complex system, it is essential to coordinate all thee elements in the system for full function of budget control system.This paper mainly discusses the design and implementation of Liaohe oilfield HuanGong department budget control system. After analysis, the entire system B/S (browser / server) takes B/S mode, and the PHP development tools. The system can be divided into seven parts: flat-based budget management, contract management, withholding funds, forecasts and analysis, system management tools commonly used in seven parts. This paper focuses on the unit budget management, contract management subsystem design and implementation of the paper. This paper emphasizes the design and implementation of unit budget, budget control, contract management subsystem. Due to the amount of the data, it is hard for human brain to remember all the information. And it is difficult to calculate efficiently. HuanGong department budget control system is specially designed for solving such problems. It combines the production and operation costs. And it tries to avoid sudden emergency, law-free and human factors. This system not only provides a practical and convenient management tool but also makes the cost management efficient.Through trial operation showed that the design is successful. And the design goal has been achieved. This system would improve the HuanGong department work dramatically. At the same time, the office automation provided by the system could enhance the ratio and quality of related jobs. This system can contribute to the digital oilfield plan.
