Optical fiber with a special end face is widely used in photoelectric device coupling and special fiber transducer.it means a lot to the improvement of coupling efficiency as well as systematic integrity. Polishing and microfabrication is an effective research method and technical means to the special end face of optical fiber.Servo System is an automatic control system,which is widely used in industrial control and household electronic products along with the development of power electronic technology, micro electronic technology and computer technology.After introdcing the present research state of Fiber Polishing and Servo System,the paper does some research on the driver which is based on SVPWM technical control theory; and designed adjustable stepping motor controler after taking reins of Divided Driving theory, on the basis of this, adopting the control strategy of combining step motor and servo motor, developing a fiber polishing system with 6 dimentional motion control as its foundation, the paper also does experiment on motion control precision.
