The Resarch Of Fuzzy Control On The Combustion System Of Chain Boiler

With the rapid development of modern science and technology, the scale of production system becomes much larger, which leads to the complication of control objects, controllers and control tasks. Traditional control theory and methods haven't been adapted to complex system. Under this situation, people are increasingly paying attention to fuzzy control. In the research and application of general fuzzy controllers, people feel there are many defects of which some error cannot be eliminated. The main reason is that the general fuzzy controller is simple by structure. Because quantitative grade of fuzzy area is limited, especially zero area, the system is regarded as stable condition though it has little error. Therefore, the output of control is zero, namely the little error of zero area isn't be controlled. In addition, in the process of the choice of parameters of single fuzzy controller, not only should we consider that when error is large, the main task of control system is to eliminate error, but also we should consider that when error is little, the main task of control system, is to diminish super regulation, so that the system can be stable more quickly. From the view of the control results, there exists stable error when system is stable.The paper proposes the control mode, and complete the control of boiler parameter, suchas the temperature of feed water, circle water measure, and so on. At the same time, adoptingvarious fuzzy logical controller to enhance adaptive quality, robust quality and increatecontrol precision. Successfully complete the auto control of the whole process from boiler to exchange heat station, and solve the discrepancy between stabilization of boiler's heat-load and real-time adjustment. The paper adopted double fuzzy controller in rotate speed of boiler chain.In addition, fuzzy control method is adopted restrictively in air supplying circuit for boiler's working at the best situation.The system has been operated in 29MW boiler of one city making Heat Company and acquires better control effect.
