The Research Of Combustion Control System Of Marine Boiler Based On Fuzzy Control Algorithm

Fuzzy control is a new computer control method based on the fuzzy sets, fuzzy language and fuzzy logic reasoning. Because it doesn't depend on the exact math model of the controlled object, but imitate the thinking way of man to control the object. So it has more self adapting capability than traditional PID control, when use in the combustion control of marine boiler.First, the paper gives the main mission of automatic control of the combustion control system of marine boiler, and introduces the actuality and development of the combustion control system of marine boiler, along with the development of fuzzy control system and its application in the control engineering.Then, the paper based on the working principle of the marine boiler combustion by analysing the dynamic property of boiler steam pressure, get the adjusted object model of boiler steam pressure. The paper also have get the approximate model through certain suppose and predigest. Aim at the controlled object—boiler has nonlinear, parameters instability, and uneasy to establish mathematic model property, it is not fit to use the traditional PID control. The paper combines the fuzzy control and PID control to bring forward use fuzzy self adapting for PID to control the main steam pressure of boiler. And coordinated control of air-fuel ratio uses combustion control system of variable offset dual cross limit amplitude.The paper use MATLAB/SIMULINK to simulate the fuzzy self adapting for PID to control the steam pressure of boiler system. And use simulink tool of MATLB/SIMULINK to analyse the capability of fuzzy self adapting for PID controller. The simulation results show that it is more excellent than the traditional PID control, and it has overshoot small, respond to speed quick, stability good, adaptability well properties. The results of simulation show it can achieve the anticipate control effect.
