Because of complicate process and equipment, high randomness, product reentry nature of a semiconductor production line, its release policy, medium-term and long-term plans, static and dynamic scheduling, simulation analysis got deep studied.This dissertation focuses on the multi-agent system modeling of dynamic scheduling in semiconductor production line, expecting to present a dynamic reconstructing production system using the cooperation between intelligent and knowledgeable agents. The main research work is described as follow: PartⅠsummarize the field and method of the research current situation on semiconductor production line; PartⅡdiscuss the basic concept, characteristic and classification of an agent and MAS(multi-agent system), then sum up the modeling methods research in MAS. On the analysis of the semiconductor production line dynamic scheduling target and need, PartⅢput forward the scheduling system aiming at shortening the average cycle time(ACT), analyze ACT and its correlativity with other parameters (WIP, efficiency). At the end, the unified agent structure and MAS framework is given according to agent mapping method. PartⅣdiscuss agent communication and cooperation manners detailedly and combining LWNQ/W with contract net protocol(CNP) into this system, explain the systematic work process. PartⅤmainly stress the release policy problem that author think it is very important and need to be tied with dynamic scheduling and summarize the work done.
