With the development of the market economy, making industry may face a series of challenges. The quality of clients'demand is more and more hign, because the competition, it reduce the price of the production, and press for the industry to fall the manufacture cost, and enhance its competition.Production scheduling is an important ingredient in the making system, if dealing with the problem of production scheduling with the right method, it will save a mass of people and substance, made the manufacture equipment and resource getting enough utilize, improve the enterprise's produce efficiency, and enhance the industry's competition. At the same time, the problem of production scheduling is a typical NP-hard problem, so it has important meaning in theory and practicality to investigate.First, the paper investigate the Multi-Agent technology, and then take the surface disposaled automatic production line in Nanping Aluminium Works as the reseach object, apply the Multi-Agent technology to the automatic production line. It established a framework module system, which based on Multi-Agent technology, transformed the complicated problem of procuction scheduling to the matter of Managent Agent,Process Agent,Workpiece Agent and Transport Agent, analysed the four Agents' communication and negotiation, investigate a kind of mechanism based on Contract Net Protocol of invite public bidding mechanism , actual scheduling optimize by a synthesis index. Last, the paper develops the simulation system using Lab Windows/CVI, it is significant for actual producting to optimize the system scheduling method through simulation. The reseach of this scheduling algorithm will optimize the workshop algorithm, and made great consult significance, at the same time, it will avail of all the equipment, obtain the maximum economy benefit.
