The purposeon Page 12 is to build the internet control system of management to improve itsservice in quality.ITSM is about some theories and practice,——systematic management ,netmanagement, systematic studying and developing and changed management, capitaland problem management Though the skillful theories and products have beenformed ,how to alter them into practical products is still to be tested in our practice.Being rapid development of information, high-management for IT service is also avital problem.At present, many problems for IT service existed at home are the service forputting out fire, personal duties confused and rules checked terribly, confused capitalmanagement for IT and irregular service.Above all, these are ordinary problems in IT fields which will lead to IT illcondition. IT branches play a technical and supportive role in companies, instead ofdirect earning money. Its value appears in many aspects such as good quality, rulingand measurement.Certain large insurance company is faced with many problems as usual, having alarge of work to maintain, being few people and more programmers to be made. Howto make net management regular and smooth is to be solved for the head of ITbranches.Based on the basic ways of ITSM, a series of plans are provided for the netmanagement (which is) called for BXITSM. The best practice and ways for ITSM isbeing applied---ITIL. At the same other models and ways are also being considered,such as soft system---that is: working model and visiting control.Having been finished, the project will be a perfect system which can improve its service and regular efficiency for the company. The system benefits in decreasing theproducts' cost, improving workers' efficiency, simplifying working process and beingaccurate. The system offers automatically the information you want and makes thecoming visitors finding some files you need, it can get them working smoothly,accurately analyzing and reporting in time and aware of the important process of thewhole work. By building perfect system, it makes IT more and more standard,advancing for IT service, thus its role is to collect IT information, control ITinvestment and decrease expense.Acting on the application, we have taken AR system and other products of ITSMdeveloping table for Remedy Company. Ever since, we have been studying them,making foreign products change into ultimate usage at home and the customers.
