This paper introduces the frequencyplanning and interference in network planning.The basic principle of frequency is increase the capability of thesystem with the requested quality. The paper introduce several frequencyassign methods such as 4×3,3×3,2×3. Novel methods likeConcentric Cell and Multiple Reuse Pattern are also introduced. In thispaper, frequency assignment with ICS Telecom are introduced.Interference analyze is one of the most importance part of the networkplanning. One of the criterions which measure the network isinterference. In the thesis, first, we introduce the principle and themeasurements, Second we introduce the interference define of ICSTelecom and the rules to abide. In the end, we introduce the parametersetting of several rules.
